Ingenium Software Support Plans

The Ingenium Software technical support team will ensure customers enjoy a prompt, accurate response to any technical issues with their Ingenium Software systems. Ingenium Software will respond quickly to your request for support and can even remotely access your system to help solve your issue quickly.

Ingenium Software Support is available to companies with an existing Ingenium Support Agreement. All support centers are staffed by Ingenium Software support engineers who are fully trained and certified in Ingenium Software products. In addition, all of our support engineers hold additional certifications from Captaris RightFax (OpenText), KoFax, Microsoft, IBM, Cisco and HP.

We are a Platinum Captaris Certified Support Partner and offer first line technical support for RightFax and Brooktrout. We also resell Captaris provided Premium and 7x24 Support Plans and Software Upgrades.

Once a product enters end-of-life status, Ingenium will be unable to provide technical support, service packs or updates for that version of the RightFax Server software and any add-on modules for that version of the software.

Note: We offer technical support for Alchemy software for a specified length of time. Once a product enters end-of-life status, Captaris will no longer provide technical support, service packs or updates for that version of the Alchemy Server software and any add-on modules for that version of the software.
